Server Management Built For Reality, Not Just The Cloud.

Many IT companies force you into the cloud because it’s easier for them. We don’t. Whether your servers are on-premises, in a datacenter, or part of a complex hybrid environment, we manage, monitor, and optimize them to keep your business running.

Case Study

Proactive Hardware Remediation.

Our telemetry systems triggered a critical alert on a client’s core storage server: 2 out of 24 solid-state drives (SSDs) had unexpectedly entered a pre-failure state. While the server’s 3-drive fault tolerance had not yet been breached, the array was highly vulnerable.

We didn’t wait for the array to crash. Utilizing our on-hand hardware inventory, we immediately dispatched an engineer outside of business hours to swap the failing drives, ensuring zero disruption to the client’s operations.

Security & Custom Environments

Visibility. Stability. Security.

We maintain strict oversight over your hardware and software, ensuring your environment is patched, compliant, and performing flawlessly.
Deep Telemetry Monitoring
We don’t just check if a server is online. We actively track CPU temps, RAM utilization, hard drive health, and individual processes, resolving bottlenecks before they cause system-wide crashes.
Vulnerability Management
We run periodic preventative maintenance (PMs) and generate detailed reports to identify Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), tackling security risks systematically.
Smart Patching Philosophy
Security is vital, but so is business continuity. We wait 2 weeks before applying major updates to ensure bugs are worked out, and we strictly schedule restarts outside of your active business hours.
Flexible Control

We adapt to your internal IT team’s preferred workflow, providing as much or as little oversight as requested.

Co-Managed Servers

Keep Control. Offload the Chores.

For companies that already have an internal IT Director, managing servers is often the most stressful and time-consuming part of their job.
You don’t have to surrender control to get help. We frequently operate in a co-managed capacity where the internal IT team focuses on day-to-day operations and strategy, while NextGI handles the heavy lifting of backend maintenance, monitoring, and compliance tracking.

Server Management FAQ

Answers about our infrastructure management practices.

No. We have strict, standardized schedules. Updates are pre-installed, and any necessary server restarts are explicitly arranged outside of your active business hours to ensure zero impact on employee productivity.

Absolutely not. We believe in using the environment that best fits your business needs, not what is easiest for us. We fully support physical on-premises servers, dedicated datacenter racks, pure cloud infrastructure, and complex hybrid combinations.

Business continuity is our highest priority. We test patches extensively and typically wait at least two weeks before applying major Microsoft or application updates. This allows bugs to be identified and resolved by the vendor before they ever reach your environment.
